H. Pierson is currently looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join its team.
Job Specifications
  • Implementation of all HPA risk management mandates
  • Provide risk management expertise and consultation to clients.
  • Develop and promotes risk management philosophy and initiatives.
  • Direct and manage special projects
  • Other duties as assigned.
Person Specifications
  • First degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Statistics and any other related discipline
  • Master's in business administration from a reputable international institution
  • Minimum of two years banking experience in risk management and/or relationship management
  • Good knowledge of market risk and derivatives
  • Understanding of Basel II and different risk standard
  • Professional Certification(s) : Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manger (FRM)
  • Computer skill level in MS Word Excel. Knowledge of a computer based information system, and the ability to use it in a risk management decision support system.
  • Analyze and interpret common technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
  • Ability to interpret and apply mathematical and statistical methods and procedures gained through professional educational training
  • Good project management skills
