Responsibilities

  • Provide day today on-site supervision of well workover operations and make reports to the wellwork Superintendents
  • Serve as the primary contact with the righ and third party personnel at the rig site to ensure that operations are performed in accordance with the workover program in a safe and cost-effective manner
  • Ensure that wellwork activity execution procedures are followed as planned and conducted in an optimum manner
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree (B.Sc, B.Eng or B.Tech) with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2.1) in any of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of cognate operational experience in the field
  • Knowledge in well work operations including workover / completions rigs and slickline and electric wireline operations

1. Consultant Physician (Full-time)
Applicants should have acquired appropriate post-graduate medical qualification (FWACP, FMCP or equivalent) registrable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). Interest and experience in Nephrology will be an advantage

2. Consultant Anaesthetist (Full-time)
Candidates must be fully registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) in addition to a relevant post-graduate medical qualification.

3. House Officers
Candidates must possess basic medical qualifications (MBBS or equivalent) registrable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). Those sitting for their final (MBBS or equivalent) examination within this academic year are also eligible to apply.
Please note that there will be a written test for all applicants for Housemanship on Saturday the 2nd of August, 2008 at Lagos Country Club, Opposite Eko Hospitals Complex along Mobolaji Bank-Anthony Way, Ikeja, Lagos by 9.00am prompt. 4. HMO Manager
Applicants should have MBBS or equivalent and should have not less than 5 years post NYSC experience in Medical Insurance or HMO business. Possession of MPH will be an added advantage.

5. Sonographer
Applicants should have a B.Sc degree or equivalent in Medical Radiography/Imaging and a specialist training in Ultrasonography.

6. Radiographers
Applicants should B.Sc degree from a recognised university or Diploma from Federal School of Radiography, Experience in CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, Fluoroscopy and other modern diagnostic equipments will be an addded advantage.

7. Ophthalmic Nurse
Candidates should be double qualified (RN/RM) Staff Nurse Midwife and must have specialized training in Ophthalmic Nursing. They should have surgical skills and at least 3 years experience in a reputable Eye Institution.

8. Dialysis Nurse
Applicants should have RN, RM and a Nephrology Nursing qualification

9. Nurse Anaesthetist
Applicants should be double qualified (RN/RM) Staff Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post qualification anaesthesia experience in a reputable Hospital. They must also be able to work with minimal supervision

10. Human Resources Officer
Candidates must have a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or the Social Sciences with at least 4 years experience in the Human Resources Department of a well organized establishment. They must be very proficient in the use of computer and modern Human Resources Management packages.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

Supervise the loop check and the Commissioning and start-up phase performing the various running conditions.
Check the proper and safe operation of machines by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot system problems as they arise.
Provide external and internal timely and accurate professional reports.
Act as a point of contact between Customers and GE Oil & Gas Headquarter concerning technical issues and interface with all involved functions.
